We Held “Generative AI LSTX in Tokyo: Frontline Perspectives on Generative AI Adoption – Study Session & Networking Event” in Tokyo

On May 7, 2026, we hosted our event, “Generative AI LSTX in Tokyo: Frontline Perspectives on Generative AI Adoption – Study Session & Networking Event,” in Tokyo, Japan.

About the Event

As generative AI continues to gain momentum in 2026, more companies are building practical know-how for using AI in their day-to-day operations. At the same time, new challenges are emerging.

By examining real-world examples and comparing similarities and differences across countries, regions, and organizations, we can better identify effective practices and clarify the issues that still need to be addressed—helping us move toward the next stage of AI adoption.

With this idea in mind, our cross-border study and networking series, “Generative AI LSTX,” launched in London on March 19, 2026.

About the Session and Networking

Around 100 attendees, including engineers and business professionals from across the IT sector, gathered to explore the latest developments in generative AI, practical ways to make use of Claude Code, and case studies and challenges from Japan, the UK and Singapore, before rounding off the event with a lively networking session.

In the first half of the event, we hosted a panel discussion featuring Tatsuya Ito, CEO of Third Scope, Kazunari Ito, COO, and Christopher Fletcher, Engineer. The panel covered topics including the latest trends in generative AI adoption, how organisations can introduce and embed AI effectively, and the risks and safeguards associated with AI use. Alongside examples from Japan, the discussion also examined concerns and challenges surrounding generative AI implementation in the UK and Singapore, as well as practical examples of how it is being used in each market.

The second half of the event was dedicated to networking, giving attendees around an hour to connect and exchange ideas. Feedback from participants included comments such as: “It was fascinating to learn more about the latest generative AI use cases”, “It was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas with engineers from other industries”, and “Although it was my first time attending, the welcoming atmosphere made it easy to speak with other participants.”
